Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Supernova Toronto Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada, operating under the registered business (operating) name HYPE (“Supernova”, “HYPE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Due to the nature of digital, consulting, and performance-based services, HYPE does not offer refunds for work that has already commenced or been delivered.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
a) Services Not Yet Started
If no work has commenced and a cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of payment, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. Any non-recoverable costs, administrative fees, or third-party expenses may be deducted.
b) Retainers and Subscriptions
For retainer-based services or ongoing subscriptions:

Termination and refund conditions are governed by the individual service agreement or contract entered into with the client.

Where applicable, a minimum one-month written notice period is required.

Fees paid for the notice period are non-refundable.
c) Non-Utilization of Services
If a client pays for a service (in full or in part) and subsequently delays, pauses, or chooses not to utilize the services for any reason, HYPE is not obligated to issue a refund.
Failure to use paid services does not constitute grounds for a refund and remains the responsibility of the client.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:

Services that have already started

Services that have been delivered or partially delivered

Strategy, consulting, audits, designs, CRO tests, or implementation work once initiated

Missed milestones or delays caused by client-side inaction
3. Chargebacks and Disputes
Clients agree to contact HYPE directly to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

Immediate suspension of services

Termination of the client relationship

Recovery actions where permitted by law
4. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
